For sale: 5.000 m2 (1,25 acres) olive grove in the area of Gargalianoi, Messinia, which is located in the western part of Peloponnese in south Greece.
The parcel contains 110 planted healthy olive trees in excellent productive age and with high yield! Their fruit is the classic, famous and delicious Kalamata olive (large size), ideal for the table as well as olive oil production. The parcel is plane, flat with no slope, it cannot sustain ice and the soil is suitable for maximum yield. Up until now it has been cultivated organically (the soil is still virgin so you can continue organic farming if you want) and produces extra virgin olive oil of average acidity between 0,3-0,4%.
